Physicals

Sports physicals are offered each year by the high school and scheduled by the school nurse.  Any student, entering grades 7-12, who is interested in playing a school sport during the respective school year, needs to have a physical. Allegheny Valley School District offers sports physicals free of charge. The physicals will be accepted for any sport, any season, for the upcoming school year and are a courtesy extended to the athletes of the Allegheny Valley School District. Parents may also choose to take their child to his/her own physician for this physical. All students will be expected to follow all guidelines outlined.
